I thought that if I add the books I’ve read to Tracy’s list, we might have a better chance of catching up to Rory. Here are my contributions:
1984, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, As I Lay Dying, The Bell Jar, Beloved, Cujo, Daisy Miller, Howl, The Lord of The Flies, Mrs. Dalloway, One Day in the life of Ivan Denisovitch, One Hundred Years of Solitude, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Carrie, A Separate Peace, Siddhartha, The Snows of Kilimanjaro, A Streetcar Named Desire, The Valley of the Dools, Walden, and Wicked — plus a bunch of the stuff she already read.

more than just dumplings

My friend Theresa just (jokingly I’m sure) threw down the gauntlet on this challenge. Bravo to the lady–I assume this is a lady–who started this. Right now I’ve decided to just mark down what I’ve read already, which sadly, is not that impressive. There are some really great classics on here, as well as some “good books”. That being said, challenge accepted.

See the entire list after the jump…
